NBA Draft 2026–The Entire First Round

Night one is in the books. The league split this highly anticipated basketball event into two separate nights in order to give teams more time to evaluate prospects and to allow second-round picks to receive more individual spotlight. Did you miss anything? No problem, as usual we got you. Below you will find all the NBA Draft 2026 picks from the entire first round.

But first, a few highlights. Every year fans always want to know who went first. What athlete got to walk the stage as the most sought after prospect.

This year the number one pick proved to be BYU’s AJ Dybantsa. A 19-year-old from Brockton, Massachusetts, who believes he is generational. He confidently maintains that he is the best player in maybe the best high school class of the 21st century. Well, several executives felt the same about AJ; as he was taken number one overall by Washington.

Dybantsa nonetheless delivered in his one and only college season. Not surprising, due to his immense talent. AJ scored the third most points by a freshman in NCAA history and was a unanimous First Team All-American.

Furthermore, the Wizards selected the first pick in the NBA Draft for the third time since the common draft era began in 1966. They previously selected Kwame Brown (2001) and John Wall (2010) with the No. 1 pick.

The top five rounded off with four other dynamic players. The Utah Jazz drafted Darryn Peterson (Kansas). Memphis Grizzlies happily took Cameron Boozer (Duke). And the Chicago Bulls drafted Caleb Wilson (North Carolina); as the LA Clippers selected Keaton Wagler (Illinois).
