Angel Reese and Reebok Officially Unveil Barbie Collaboration
Angel Reese is getting her own doll ahead of the WNBA’s All-Star Weekend in Chicago. This collaboration has been in the works, but is now finally ready for release. On Friday morning Angel Reese and Reebok officially unveiled their Barbie collaboration.
The collection includes a Barbie Signature Doll dressed in a matching pair of the Reebok Angel Reese 1, bringing Reese’s debut signature sneaker to the iconic doll. The Angel Reese Barbie along with her new ‘Barbie’ Angel Reese 1 colorway will be on display this All-Star weekend in Chicago at Togethxr House located at 113 N Elizabeth St.
The 24-year-old is only the second WNBA player in history to have a signature Barbie doll after Seattle Storm legend Sue Bird’s signature Barbie doll was released in 2024 following her retirement.
Angel is excited for the Barbie x Reebok collection to be released soon. She is hoping to be an inspiration for young girls and women to not just dream big; but see them realized. Regarding her new sneaker and Barbie drop, Angel says,
“[It is] honestly a dream come true for me. Barbie is an iconic brand, and to be part of that legacy is something I’m really proud of. It’s bigger than basketball for me. It’s about inspiring young girls to dream big, be confident, and know they can be exactly who they are.
Seeing myself as a Barbie was surreal, but what impressed me most was how thoughtfully every detail was brought to life. [I] couldn’t stop smiling when [I] saw her (the Angel Reese Barbie) for the first time.
“What I love most is that it doesn’t just look like me — it truly teels like me. My doll reflects both my love of basketball and fashion because I’ve always believed you never have to choose between being fierce on the court and expressing who you are off it. Seeing every little detail come together made this incredibly personal, and it was one of those moments where everything I’ve worked so hard for really hit me!
Basketball is my passion and what opened the door for me, but I’ve also been able to build businesses, work in fashion, give back to my community through my foundation, and forge incredible partnerships like this with Mattel and Reebok.”

Angel has indeed been a very businesswoman. Since her college days the basketball star had garnered partnerships and sponsorships with a number of companies and brands.
Reese has deals with endorsers, including Reebok, Good American, Tampax, beauty brand Mielle, Beats by Dr. Dre and Hershey’s Reese’s Pieces candy. She sells Angel Reese-branded merchandise on her website and started a podcast called “Unapologetically Angel.” Drawing attention with guests such as Shaq, Lisa Leslie and Dwyane Wade.
