Two Brothers Paid $1,000 Each For Milwaukee Brewers “Timeless Ticket”—Say Team Isn’t Fully Honoring Them
The Wisconsin ball club is finally in the Fall Classic after more than 40 years. However, a ticketing situation is dampening the vibes. Two brothers who paid $1,000 each for a Milwaukee Brewers “Timeless Ticket” more than a decade ago say the team isn’t fully honoring them.
Milwaukee’s Timeless Ticket is a promotion that was ran around 11 years ago. Giving the ultimate Brewers fans an opportunity to have the best seats in the house in the future. While watching their favorite team at any games; including on the biggest stage, the World Series.
However, according to two siblings the team is now changing its tune. Two Kenosha brothers who paid $1,000 each for a Milwaukee Brewers Timeless Ticket” more than a decade ago say the team isn’t fully honoring the promise that came with it. The chance to sit in the best available seats for a game as big as the World Series.
Kevin and Kyle Deaton say they were stunned when they saw the seating options made available to Timeless Ticket holders last week. Terrace level seats or standing room only, priced at or below what the two brothers paid for their tickets in 2015. The tickets, according to the information card “may be redeemed for the best available seat locations, subject to ticket availability at the time of redemption.” The brothers argue the Brewers aren’t living up to that language.
Brewers Ticketing sent out the following response to a Timeless Ticket holder:
Dear Timeless Ticket Holder,
Thank you for your support of the Milwaukee Brewers and for being part of the Timeless Ticket program. Your purchase represented an extraordinary commitment to the Brewers, and we sincerely appreciate your support over the years.
As we prepared for the World Series, we heard feedback from some Timeless Ticket holders regarding the ticket redemption process and seating locations offered. We understand how special a World Series opportunity is and apologize for confusion and disappointment this experience may have caused.
To ensure your Timeless Ticket receives the value originally intended, we have decided that your 2026 World Series redemption will not count as your one-time Timeless Ticket redemption. You will retain the World Series ticket you received this year, and your Timeless Ticket may still be redeemed for a future Brewers game in any future season.
We are incredibly grateful for your loyalty and support. The Timeless Ticket program was created for some of our most dedicated fans, and we want to ensure that commitment is recognized appropriately. Thank you for being part of the Brewers family and for helping make this historic season so special.”
After all details came to light, fan outrage poured out all over the place. With many feeling Milwaukee needs to do more. The fans that had purchased Timeless Tickets did so when the team was down. Now that they’re up, these ticket holders are feeling pushed to the side.
Nonetheless, the online pushback from fans has led to the Brewers themselves apologizing for their handling of the Timeless Ticket redemptions. President of Business Operations Rick Schlesinger came forward with a statement. Sportico’s Jacob Feldman reports,
From President of Business Operations Rick Schlesinger:
“Several hundred fans indicated an intention to redeem their Timeless Ticket for a World Series game. We subsequently erred in our internal communications on the logistics of fulfilling the requests. While we were able to accommodate all with seats, we received feedback from some that they were unhappy with their seat locations.
Clearly, even with extraordinary limitations on available seats, we did not live up to the spirit of the program and we have been working through a resolution. We are happy to say that all of these fans who applied prior to the deadline will be contacted with a positive update: they can retain their World Series ticket for this year, plus retain their Timeless Ticket for redemption for another game in any future season. We regret our mistake and look forward to welcoming them to America Family Field for their World Series experience.”

The 2026 World Series begins on Friday, October 23, 2026. Featuring the Milwaukee Brewers and the Tampa Bay Rays in a best-of-seven series broadcast on FOX. If all seven games are needed, the series concludes on Saturday, October 31, 2026.
While Timeless Ticket holders continue to get past this debacle, the two brothers interviewed have an opportunity to be hooked up. Underdog wants to ensure Kevin and Kyle have the experience they originally paid for a decade ago.
Underdog took to social media to put the word out. Stating, “If the Brewers won’t, we will. Someone connect us with these two brothers and we’ll take care of it.”
