Atlanta Dream Have Sold Out State Farm Arena For Game 3 of WNBA Finals
From a situation where only less than 4,000 fans would be able to watch Atlanta. To now over 17,000 coming to lend their support and root for this roster of talented players. The Atlanta Dream have sold out State Farm Arena for Game 3 of the WNBA Finals. The 17,044-seat venue will host the game after a schedule change moved the Finals matchup from the Dream’s 3,500-seat home arena.
But it gets even better. The Atlanta Dream didn’t just sell out one WNBA Finals game. But TWO.
Yes, Finals Game 3 at State Farm Arena is officially a sellout and that’s for the entire arena. A huge win for the Atlanta Dream organization after attempts at other locations failed to materialize. But now the Dream and WNBA have figured out scheduling conflicts and a way to get Games 3 and 4 moved to the bigger venue.
According to Front Office Sports, sources confirm that the Atlanta Dream have sold out the 17,000-seat State Farm Arena after the WNBA rescheduled Games 3 and 4 of the Finals. They were originally going to play Finals games in their normal 3,500-seat venue (Gateway Center Arena in College Park, Georgia). But after ATL fan backlash, the franchise made a much different call. Now, they’ve sold out an NBA arena due to overwhelming demand. Yet, again.
Furthermore, Angel Reese and the Atlanta Dream are back for Game 3 of the WNBA Finals versus the Golden State Valkyries on Wednesday night at 7 p.m. While Golden State barely survived and squeaked away with a victory in Game 1. The Dream came back a few days later firing on all cylinders.

The Dream took Game 2, led by Angel Reese’s historic 30 points and 16 rebounds, while also claiming the first ever franchise Finals victory! Atlanta has looked pretty unstoppable when Reese has had it going. Especially, when she is knocking them down from beyond the arc. In fact, the Women’s National Basketball Association reveals,
“When Angel Reese hits from DEEP, the Dream don’t lose.
The Atlanta Dream are a perfect 14-0 when Angel knocks down a three, going 9-0 in the regular season and 5-0 in the playoffs!
Tune in at 8pm/ET on USA Network and Peacock to watch AR5 back in action.”
Nice. Additionally, Atlanta is making sure fans are fitted and ready to get loud. The Dream revealed Wednesday morning, “We have EVERY Dream fan in attendance covered on the shirts PLUS rally towels for the first 10,000 fans to arrive! Let’s show up and show out for the home team.”
