What a pick for the Chiefs. Kansas City is coming off yet another very red hot season. During the 2023-2024 season they win their THIRD, yes, third Super Bowl since 2020. Finishing at the top of their division; the AFC West. With a win/loss record of 11-6.

With the No. 28 pick that they acquired from the Bills, the Chiefs selected Texas WR Xavier Worthy, who ran the fastest 40 in scouting combine history.
Xavier Worthy broke the NFL Combine 40-yard dash record with a 4.21 and he becomes the player to break the record for most offensive players taken in the first-round of a draft.
Worthy was the 20th offensive player taken tonight, setting a new NFL record.
Wild. Xavier broke a record during the combine. Now he helps the NFL set another during the draft. It’ll be interesting to see what other records Worthy is a part of throughout the rest of his career. And with him going to the Chiefs some very well may occur sooner than later.
