NFL Wide Receiver DeAndre Hopkins Rocked Paris Runway
We all know that he can put on a show on the football field. But NFL wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins showed out as he rocked the Paris runway. On March 1, 2024 he modeled for the Swiss luxury fashion house Vetements fashion show for Paris Fashion Week.
He was dressed in a way oversized hoodie (we respect the comfort level here); featuring Towelie from South Park. But it’s not surprising that he was there because he is actually represented by IMG Models. And he has never hidden his interest in fashion. In fact, he co-hosted the GQ and Gucci Super Bowl party held in Los Angeles in 2022. That night he wore a deep v-neck sweater, denim pants, and loafers.
At the party he said that he likes adding his own flair to any outfit. And being from South Carolina he said he will always go with loafers because they give a relaxed vibe. Hopkins is definitely good at bringing sports and fashion together.
He even appeared on the September 2019 cover of GQ magazine. During the interview he anointed himself the best dressed player in the NFL, and possibly of all sports. He also spoke about his own personal style and his desire to start his own clothing brand.
I think he is a trailblazer in setting a precedent for inspiring other NFL players to create a style and look of their own. If you check social media there are always videos of players fits as they arrive at the stadium before the games. The level of fashion consciousness on the part of the players has definitely been raised.

So it appears DeAndre’s off-season is off to a very fashionable start. It will be interesting to see what other fashion mischief he gets into. But of course what’s most important is that he keeps football as his primary focus for now. The Titans had a disappointing 2023 season finishing 6-11.
However, with the new regime changes, hopefully things will go better next season for the 10 year veteran. At any rate, no matter how the team fares in 2024, we can count on DeAndre playing in style.
