NFL Media Has You Covered For Upcoming 2024 NFL Draft
One week from today all the NFL Draft hype comes to a head. We’ll find out who’s mock drafts were on the money or out in left field. And you won’t miss a thing because the NFL media has you covered for the upcoming 2024 NFL Draft. There will be coverage across all of their platforms. NFL Network, NFL Films, NFL.com, NFL+, the NFL App, NFL RedZone and free-ad supported television streaming service NFL Channel. Beginning April 21 they will provide over 60 hours of live Draft Week coverage.
However, the actual draft begins with the first round Thursday, April 25 at 8 p.m. ET, followed by Rounds 2-3 Friday, April 26 at 7 p.m. ET and Rounds 4-7 Saturday, April 27 at noon ET from Detroit with coverage on NFL Network, NFL+, the NFL Channel, ABC, ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPN Deportes. Just prior to the draft Daniel Jeremiah, NFL Network’s top draft analyst, will reveal his final Mock Draft of the year on Wednesday, April 24 at 8 p.m. ET. He’ll be joined by Charles Davis and Colleen Wolfe.
For the last 19 years Rich Eisen has run the 40 yard dash in his signature suit and tie. He’s doing the Run Rich Run 40 yard dash again this year. The purpose of the dash is to raise awareness and support for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. You can catch the airing of his 40-yard dash during NFL Network’s coverage of Rounds 4-7 on Saturday, April 27.
Since the Draft is being held in Detroit this year the coverage has incorporated Motown into the program. Legendary Motown music artist Smokey Robinson voices the open for all three days of NFL Network’s coverage. He’ll be accompanied by a musical remaster of The Temptations’ classic “Get Ready.”

In other draft news, former head coach Bill Belichick will be joining ESPN’s Pat McAfee for his draft show. He’ll join “The Pat McAfee Show Draft Spectacular,” on the opening night of the draft. It will air on YouTube and ESPN+. It’s funny that Belichick is joining the show because while he was coaching he rarely had much to say to the media. Hearing all his thoughts about the upcoming draft should be interesting.
