Denver Nuggets Win NBA Title- Their 1st NBA Championships!

WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS! Is no doubt what all of the Nuggets fan collective is still singing after defeating the Heat. The NBA basketball season is long, but there is now an official winner of the postseason. The Denver Nuggets win NBA Title as well as forever bragging rights.

This win is different though. How? Well, it is a first.

It is one thing when the same old teams at the top of power rankings always seem to win. For instance, each year everyone assumes that the Lakers, Warriors or Celtics may take it all. However, it is another matter when a team that has never done it before finally gets the humongous “W.” And that is the case with the Nuggets.

This championship and title is the very first ever in the organization’s history. The Denver Nuggets finally have the monkey off their backs and it feels so good. Real good.

Several celebrities had plenty to say about the Nuggets historic win. For instance, former Denver Broncos quarterback, Russell Wilson was not only court-side in support of the team for the game; but tweets, “What a special moment! Denver Nuggets world champs!”

Also, former President Obama, who is always known for his college and NBA playoffs bracket predictions; had a few words. He says, “Congrats to the Denver Nuggets and the remarkable finals MVP Nikola Jokic for bringing home the franchise’s first NBA Championship!” Hear, head Mr. President.

However, the individual that probably sums everything up the best when it comes to this champion moment; is Denver Nuggets’ radio broadcaster, Koz. Jason “Koz” Kosmicki has been the voice of the Nuggets for 14 years. Nonetheless, Koz states, “The 47 year wait is over. The Denver Nuggets stand on top of the NBA world. They are champions. And Nuggets fans from sea to shining sea can rest or die in peace.”

Hard core. Nevertheless, that’s how deep team loyalty can be for a number of fans. So then we are happy that Nuggets fans can finally “rest.” Congrats champs you did it!
