Arizona Cardinals Reveal New Luxury Seating Experience
One word: SICK! There’s been a lot of cool seating rollouts in recent years (i.e. the Los Angeles Clippers taking a cue from college sports seating with their “wall”). However, one NFL team is really pulling out all the stops and working towards taking the cake. With a concept and design video, the Arizona Cardinals reveal a new luxury seating experience for diehard fans to enjoy in the near future!
ESPN’s Adam Schefter got the party started by dropping the video to the masses. Schefter reveals,
“Arizona Cardinals are introducing some new products not seen before in stadiums — like luxury casitas in the end zone.”
Yes, your eyes are not failing you. Adam straight up said the Cardinals are adding full on CASITAS at their venue. This is going to be like a little, mini city on the field, at one end zone for fans to take in the game.
Casitas are like studios equipped with a kitchen and other fabulous amenities. In the video, the Arizona’s casitas have an upstairs and downstairs where fans can party on rooftops. So cool, and we already can’t wait to see Cards fans living it up BALLER status and waving signs from up there.
We love this move by the Cardinals because it shows that they care about the fans. Without people watching at home, buying tickets for live events and snagging merch; sports would not be the billion dollar industry it is at present. Therefore, enhancing the fan experience only helps keep interest strong and the industry growing.

Furthermore, to keep fans going to stadiums and arenas you have to make things interesting and most importantly, fun and worth the money. Regarding these luxury seating moves, Cardinals Chief Operating Officer Jeremy Walls told The Arizona Republic,
“’As we look to get better and innovate and provide the best fan experience, we wanted to create some new experiences that haven’t been seen in the NFL. To our knowledge… we are the first stadium in the world to have luxury casitas inside a stadium, you know, so literally your home in the end zone, and everyone will have their own private front porch, everybody will have their own private roof deck as well as kind of their great room inside their casita where they can host everybody.
What we’ve noticed as we studied other events and stadiums worldwide is people want things that allow them to socialize with their friends and family or customers. And they wanted something that’s a little different than your typical experience. And so in both of these scenarios, sitting on the field is obviously the hero here, but, but having your own luxury casita in the end zone has never been done. And then having a 1920s supper club, … music meets football experience, is also a newer concept.’
[Moreover], features of the field suites located near the 20-yard lines include three rows of Monaco DreamSeats, a new line of quality lounge chairs that will debut inside State Farm Stadium.
‘That’s a really big lounge chair that’s extremely comfortable. And so we’re going to be the first stadium in the world to introduce that seat. And those will be in the casitas, as well as in our field boxes and field suites.’”
Therefore, Arizona has done their homework. They have done their research and are understanding the assignment. So far, all the concept art looks insane and we will be sure to fill you in on more as additional details come to light.
