2025 NBA All-Star Draft—Rosters for Team Shaq, Chuck and Kenny!
NBA All-Stars is always about having a good time and some fun. Seeing the best athletes and fan favorite players join up and create teams as if we were playing NBA2K. On Thursday, TNT’s most popular crew got together to hold the 2025 NBA All-Star Draft, which would reveal the official teams for NBA All-Star Weekend.
Now what’s notable about the picks is that Shaq decided to go a bit “old school.” Grabbing up who most would view as the league’s OG’s. HOWEVER… these veterans just brought home gold for Team USA men’s basketball just last summer in Paris. Therefore, if they are good enough to beat the entire world; they will definitely be a force yet again together.
Furthermore, when you look at Barkley and Kenny’s teams; there are other common themes and denominators. Like Chucks’ team possesses a real international feel with picks like Jokic, Wemby and Giannis. Whereas Kenny straight up went for youth. Snatching up the likes of Anthony Edwards, Evan Mobley and Cade Cunningham. All guys who are only 23 years old.
So then, each team has a different feel to it. A different vibe. A particular aspect to it that can result in unique play. Therefore, we loved how Shaq, Chuck and Kenny picked these rosters this year in order to add a different element of drama.
However, you may be wondering who was the first pick of this draft? Well, if you guessed King James, you would be correct. Shaq picked up Lebron with the quickness and then the draft progressed on until all the picks were in and called.
