Joel will have the immense honor of being one of the very first musical acts to perform at the newly built arena.
Billy Joel is excited to be apart of Clippers and Intuit Dome history; and to be able to perform for his fans in Los Angeles. Joel immediately took to social media in order to properly herald his upcoming concert. Billy reveals that fans should act fast if they wish to see him in action at the Dome; because this music event is for one night only. Via X (formerly Twitter); Joel reveals,
“JUST ANNOUNCED: Billy Joel at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles on October 12th. Citi presale on Monday, Feb 26 at 10am. Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, March 1 at 10am.”

“A one-night show at Steve Ballmer’s new arena in Inglewood is scheduled for October 12.
Fresh off his Grammy performance of “Turn the Lights Back On,” his first single in 17 years (and first original song in nearly 30), Billy Joel announced a one-night performance at Steve Ballmer’s Intuit Dome in Inglewood on Saturday, October 12 later this year.
The new 18,000-seat arena, future home for the NBA Los Angeles Clippers, is set to open for the team’s 2024-’25 season, with the first event Usher’s Past Present Future tour on September 21.
Joel, who will turn 75 in May, comes off the successful launch of the single, which reached No. 1 at a variety of formats, with a Top 10 chart debut at Adult Contemporary stations.”
