Tom Brady has ALWAYS spoken highly of Baltimore Ravens quarterback, Lamar Jackson. Lamar may be a man of few words; however, Tom is not, especially, when it comes to talking about Jackson. Case in point, on an episode of the Let’s Go! Podcast; Tom Brady tells Lamar Jackson he’s the reason that people watch the NFL now. As anyone would agree… that’s one heck of a compliment.
Moreover, during the extremely wholesome exchange between the pair; Brady also mentions when Jackson first hit his radar. Here’s the awesome snippet we are referring to:
Brady: “First time I ever really noticed you was that HS highlight when you put the brakes on the guy; and he went flying by. Not that I’ve ever had that experience my entire life. I don’t even know what that feels like. [Brady and Lamar laughs]. Now you’re doing that at the highest level…you’re the reason why people watch the NFL.”
Jackson [smiles big]: “That means a lot coming from you!”
If Lamar Jackson wasn’t already on cloud nine with the Ravens in the playoffs, clinching a division title; and the AFC’s number one seed. This comment from the legendary Brady probably finished the job. Additionally, Lamar can now utilize this mental fuel to crossover from good quarterback, to a champion, Super Bowl winning QB.

Incredible. Surely for Lamar this is such a boost hearing such commendation from the undisputed GOAT. Brady is a QB that could have 60 seconds left in the game and you’re confident he can still get a game-winning TD. Therefore, for Brady to see that same determination and fire in Jackson; is really saying something.
