“With a Canadian team in the World Series for the first time in 32 years and two rosters filled with star international players, the 2025 World Series presented by Capital One is reaching large global audiences driven by viewership across the United States, Canada, and Japan.

This marks the largest combined audience for an MLB game from those three countries since Game Seven of the 2016 World Series. The two game average of the three countries combined is 30.5 million viewers.

Games One and Two averaged a combined audience of 19.8 million viewers in the U.S. and Canada, which is the largest combined audience from those two countries for the first two games of the World Series since at least 2016 and a +27% increase over last year (15.6 million).”
